Monthly massage appointment is very helpful in keeping my neck issues at bay. Relaxing atmosphere, timely service, and attentive front desk staff and providers. Jessica was my provider, and she was amazing. I really felt like she listened to what I wanted out of my massage and delivered it exactly.
Would absolutely recommend to friends and family. The app is not as streamlined as i would like to book an appointment. It was months before getting corporate communication. Also lots of turnover. I find that when I have an excellent massage therapist, they are usually gone within 12 to 18 months. Maybe considering offering service retention bonuses.
